Introduction

The City of Coeur d’Alene (City) and its Historic Preservation Commission are pursuing nomination of the Garden District to the National Register of Historic Places. The intended result of the nomination is the honorary designation of the Garden District Historic District, which will not place any new private property restrictions on property owners within the Garden District. This website was created to provide a portal to information for Garden District and City residents and Garden District property owners.
